Hi babes! I wanted to share these sweet Valentine’s we ordered for Viv’s classroom this year. I got a jump start on putting them together because she’s moving to a new school this week, closer to our new home, and I wanted to be able to hand them out to her current class before she leaves (cue the waterworks!)
These are from Minted and I can’t say enough good things about their products, we’ve ordered our Christmas cards from them the last 3 years and have never been disappointed. I liked these Valentines because I could have her name printed on them (we can’t hold a pen yet, so trying to save Mom some time 😉 ). And for the bigger kiddos they offer some fun customize-able options, like games printed on the back and stickers for the envelopes, and they have a ton of different choices for the cards depending on your kids’ interests or school’s restrictions (I know some are food-free these days, aka no candy, etc.) I also like that their cards have different color options, so you could easily customize this card for your boys. The shipping was fast if any of you mamas are looking for last minute Valentines shipped to your door (but I would double check the expected delivery before ordering)!!
I ordered these ducks and the bakers twine from Amazon (both are linked), and wrapped the twine around the duck’s neck to tie it to the card. They were simple and quick to put together and a great option for this age group (18 months-ish). I’m a proponent of V-day candy 🙂 around here but feel like the kiddos are still too little, and I know we can never get enough bath toys in our house. Last year I remember one of the parents’ doing little travel packs of Boogie Wipes with their Valentines and thought it was such a cute and functional idea! If you have any ideas for fun and useful Valentines for this age group, leave them below!
Thanks for reading and Happy (early) Valentine’s Day!
