Valentine’s Day Children’s Book Guide

Hi babes! We’ve been getting an early start on our Valentine’s Day celebrations around here with festive pancakes, new books, and a whole lotta pink 🙂 I don’t know about you, but these short, cold days make this time of year tough, especially with a little one, so setting our sights on upcoming holidays makes it a little more bearable.  It also keeps us entertained when we’re stuck indoors!

Speaking of ways to stay entertained :), I put together a children’s book list with lots of fun and festive titles for the upcoming holiday. We don’t own all of these, but the few we do have are the sweetest stories! There’s something about children’s books that I love… it’s probably a combination of the nostalgia of reading my own childhood favorites, the timelessness of the stories, the whimsy and color in the artwork, and the time spent together reading (no technology, etc.)

From left to right:
Bloom: A Story of Fashion Designer Elsa Schiaparelli | Part of My Heart | Love Monster and the Last Chocolate | Coco Chanel | Lovey Bunny | Flora and the Flamingo | The Wonderful Fluffy Little Squishy | Paris: A Book of Shapes | Love Is a Tutu | In My Heart: A Book of Feelings | Bunny Roo, I Love You | The Pink Umbrella | Lola Dutch | I Heart You |
Love Is | Miss Lina’s Ballerinas

I hope you find something on this list to share with your little ones. Comment below if you have any favorites I missed, I always like adding to our collection!

P.S. I’m linking our outfit details on my Shop tab if you need some V-day inspo… my t-shirt was $5 and comes in a bunch of colors. And our pancake molds were a Target dollar section find but I couldn’t find them online so check your local store! Enjoy!
